Kaplan Wireless, understands that the main goal of wireless carriers is the operation of their wireless system and the expansion of their business through greater coverage and capacity. Traditionally, the construction of owned towers by the carriers enables greater flexibility in maximizing efficiency of the network, but at an extremely high cost. Using Kaplan Wireless, as a Build To Suit company will still enable carriers to utilize a more efficient build plan, but at a fraction of the cost. Kaplan strives to make sure that the terms and rates of their Build To Suit towers not only give the carrier a low cost alternative for their initial build, but in the future as well. Additional antenna space, cable runs, and ground space is reserved exclusively for the carrier in the likely event of needed expansion, and at no additional cost to the carrier.
Kaplan's is also extremely flexible in structuring Build To Suit contracts. Potential sites can be taken over by Kaplan at any level of development, from search ring to construction ready or constructed. All of Kaplan's Build To Suit towers will be built to more than adequately cover the carrier's present and future needs.
